About This Competition
A 4 person team comp designed with a little something for everyone! There will be no scaled category… teams should be designed so that one person on each team can execute designated skills and loads.
RX team of 4; 2 females, 2 males. Team members can be of any age with majority under 40yo.
Masters team of 4; 2 females, 2 males. All team members must be 40+ the day of competition.
- 10 team cap per category
- Cash prizes for 1st place teams
- Prizes for 2nd and 3rd
- T-Shirt guaranteed if registered by May 31st.

Workouts
WOD 1 – Sprint Relay… for time
Athlete 1 – 600m run
Athlete 2 – 1000m row
Athlete 3 – 200 double unders
Athlete 4 – 50 calories Assault Bike
15min cap… unfinished calories are added as seconds to the time cap.
WOD 2 – 7:00 Squat Clean Thruster Ladder
One athlete is responsible for executing repetitions at each load… athletes cannot perform reps at multiple loads
3 – 6 – 9 – 12 – 15 – 18… and so on, until time expires
Athlete 1 – 65#
Athlete 2 – 95#
Athlete 3 – 115#
Athlete 4 – 145#
Each athlete is required to execute 3 reps at designated loads, then 6 reps… and so on
Teams encouraged to have a plan in place to add and strip weight accordingly
WOD 3 – AMRAP 15:00 – The Kitchen Sink Crazy 8’s AMRAP Relay
Athlete 1 – 8 chin over bar pull-ups + 8 box jump step-down (24”/20”)
Athlete 2 – 8 t2b + 8 burpees to 45# bumper plate
Athlete 3 – 8 wall balls (20# to 10’/14# to 9’) + 8 db power snatches (50/35)
Athlete 4 – 8 hang power cleans (115/75) + 8 overhead lunges with 45# bumper plate
Only one athlete working at a time… athletes must exchange wrist bands for relay to continue after each completed couplet.
