About This Competition

After the success of our Spring throwdown Four seasons Throwdown series presents its Autumn event which will be a same sex teams of 3 competition.


With two categories to suit all, both RX and scaled athletes will compete in a variety of workouts testing all aspects of fitness, there will be cash prizes for both categories along with a variety of other prizes for all other podium finishers.


Spectators come free with no booking required. Heat times will be released closer to the event.

Workout standards listed below, please note that the requirement is that at least one person of the team can perform the movements.


RX -

  • Double Unders - All athletes
  • Muscle Ups - at least 1 athlete
  • Deadlift - 120/85 - All athletes
  • Handstand Walks - at least 1 athlete
  • Snatch - 60/40 - All athletes
  • Pistols - All athletes
  • DB Movements 22.5/15 - All athletes.
  • Toes To Bar - All athletes
  • Thrusters - 60/40 - All athletes


Scaled -

  • Single Skips - All athletes
  • Pull-ups - at least 1 athlete
  • Deadlift - 80/55 - All athletes
  • Scaled CFG open standard wall walks - all athletes
  • Snatch - 30/20
  • DB Movements 15/10 - All athletes
  • Thrusters - 30/20

1 Partner to hold barbell 60/40 for the duration of the TTB

With a 10 minute window each partner must hit a heavy load for below.


Partner 1 - 3RM Oh Squats

Partner 2 - 6RM Front Squat

Partner 3 - 12RM Backsquat


Combined total load = score.

30 Clean and Jerks X 3


Each partner will complete 30 clean and jerks, partner 1 completes 30 in total before moving to partner 2 then 3. Once each partner finishes the required amount of clean and jerks they are to accumulate as many meters on part B.

This is total meter row accumulated after 2A.

40/30 Bike 1w/2r

30 Sync Burpee Box Jumps 20'' (3)

20 Sync Pistols (3)

10 Bar Muscle ups 1w/2r

Any remaining time to 12 mins max effort handstand hold, any seconds / time accumulated will come off the total workout time.
