About This Competition
Join our 2nd annual Grip it n Rip It, a partner competition on MAY 18.
Rx, Scaled/Intermediate and Super Scaled divisions are available.
Each team will have 4 workouts. There will be no final workout.
Standards
*Divisions should be able to find a 1 rep max clean & jerk, deadlift or snatch.
**These are just standards and all or none of the movements may show up in a wod. All athletes should be able to complete multiple reps of the above weights.
