About This Competition

REGISTRATION CLOSED! For the second year in a row, will now have RX compete on Friday night to make this a 3 day competition. Two days for all other divisions. This outdoor functional fitness competition in Ohio for a cause is unlike any other out there! Teams of 3 males or 3 females compete to be the fittest on the farm! You'll see all ranges of functional movements and workouts with new and unique farm inspired obstacles and objects that will push you like never before! RX, Intermediate Scaled, and Masters 2023 standards *swimming for all categories. Anyone can wear a life jacket with no penalty (just provide your own). We will have noodles available for any athlete. RX Clean and jerk 135/85 for reps Synchronized C2B, HSPU, T2B Handstand walk Deadlift for reps 315/205 for guys/ladies Ring MU (Males - all ring MU - Females - 1 partner ring MU and 2 partners bar MU) Legless rope climbs (at least 1 member) Pistols (at least 1 member) Masters and Intermediate Clean and jerk 115/75 for reps Synchronized pull-ups and T2B Handstand walk in 5ft increments (NOT required BUT would benefit your team if 1 partner could) Deadlift for reps 225/155 for guys/girls Handstand push-ups (1 partner needs to be able to do them) Rope climbs (at least 1 member) Males - NOT required but would benefit your team if 1 person can do ring MU Female - NOT required but would benefit your team if 1 person can do bar MU Scaled 1 partner toes to ring (would benefit if more can) Clean and jerk 95/65 for reps Russian kettlebell swings 70lbs for guys 45lbs for ladies Deadlift for reps 185/125 for guys/girls Hand release pushups *if you are still unsure, follow the CrossFit open standards and that will help you out pick a division. If you can RX every open workout, RX is a great division. If you struggle in 1 or 2 workouts with some movements then intermediate is your division. If you scaled the open, then the scaled division will be good. We want to encourage more masters teams to go masters, so the intermediate division is the same standards as masters. If you are a masters team that is unsure please reach out! *Every division is using the 3 person worm in some capacity like years past. Practice practice practice! The worm weighs 240lbs
