About This Competition

THE AVENGE CLASSIC
"Powered by KVLR"
This is an in-house competition and teams must consist of a male and female pair. One team participant must be a CrossFit Avenge member.
Division prerequisites will be announced on the 18th October. You and your partner will then be able to select which division to participate in.
Divisions will be completely inclusive and anyone will be able to participate from beginner to RX level.
