About This Competition

Welcome to Dallas Five Throwdown 2020!

July 11, 2020 beginning at 8:00 am until we are done!

This is our fourth annual Dallas Five Throwdown!!!  You, your partner, and your coach at YOUR BOX!

We are going to do this like the old school Saturday morning Community WODs, but with a twist. You will be competing against the other teams in this comp!

-Two person teams (same sex)

-RX, Scaled, First Responder, Masters* (if we can make the division)

-Two WODS

There will be prizes for the winners. In addition, there will be raffles during the event! Buy extra tickets to increase your chances of winning! You know our raffles are legit, and there will be great gear from our friends at Momentum Gear Texas and Freemotion Clothing !!!

💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥

We will have a livestream from Dallas Five HQ, and will remote in to the other hosting gyms to broadcast the action!

🎥

Proceeds from this FUNdraiser competition benefit Brotherhood for the Fallen - Dallas to support families of fallen officers AND your local participating box!
