About This Competition
The UG Games is celebrating it's 8th year as the largest functional fitness event in Canada.
2019 Schedule
- Friday July 5th - RX Individuals, Masters and WheelWOD Individuals
- Saturday July 6th - RX, Semi Pro, Amateur and Master Teams and Wheel WOD Individuals
- Amateur and Master Teams will compete from 9am - 2pm
- RX and Semi Pro teams will compete from 3pm - 8pm
- Wheel WOD championship @ 8pm
- Awards and after party to follow

- Synchro C2B (RX) Pull Ups (Semi Pro/Burpee) (Pull Ups for amateur athletes are scaled to 12-9-6)
- Once the first pair finishes, the second pair will begin. WOD is scored for total time it takes to get both pairs through the couplet.
Event 3b:
4 Rounds (working in same sex pairs)
- 100ft Gladiator Sled Pull/Push
- 100ft Farmer Carry
- 50m Swim
- One athlete is always on the rower, accumulating calories.
- A second score will be allotted for the time it takes the team to complete Event 4. Two athletes work at a time
- Athlete 1 completes 100’ Sled pull/push, while A2 completes the farmers carry. Athletes switch movements. Then they both swim together. Second pair cannot start until they return
- Round 1: MM; Round 2 FF; Round 3 MM; Round 4 FF
