Our same sex pairs comp, Chaos Classic, kicks off the TTZ Performance competition calendar. Get ready for some challenging but accessible workouts in a fun, supportive environment.

Movement Standards
Open Division
- For Gymnastic and skill movements we recommend that both members to be competent at common gymnastic movements found in the CrossFit Open such as pull-ups and toes to bar. Any high skill gymnastic movements will have options in workouts that will still be scored as completing the workout rx. For example if there is an amrap of gymnastic movements a pull up rep will score 1 point, chest to bar pull ups will score 3 points and muscle ups will score 5 points per rep.
- For barbell movements, male pairs should be comfortable with Open style weights such as 40kg-60kg barbells for cleans and snatches. 100kg for Deadlifts. For Female pairs, they should be comfortable with 30-45kg barbells and 70kg for deadlifts.
Scaled Division
- For Gymnastic movements we recommend that both members to be competent at common scaled gymnastic movements and skills found in the CrossFit Open such as Hanging knee raises, Single-unders and Hand-release pushups.
- For barbell movements, male pairs should be comfortable with Open style scaled weights such as 30-45kg barbells for Cleans and Snatches. 70kg for Deadlifts. For female pairs, they should be comfortable with 20-35kg barbells and 45kg for Deadlifts.

The Training Zone - TTZ CrossFit will provide a well-rounded programmed event that covers a variety of workouts. EVERY DETAIL PLANNED TO THE MINUTE! Through our event, we hope to give every team mate an opportunity to show off their abilities on game day.
So all you need to do is get a buddy, sign up, and come throw-down for the chance to win some some awesome prizes and create some great memories with your crew.
Refunds
All tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE but the event organisers can help you find a substitute team or teammate and change ticket names.
