John Dufour Classic 2023
About This Competition
Our second annual John Dufour Classic CrossFit Competition is coming up!
We will be running our second CrossFit competition to raise money for the Carl and Gloria Morgan Graduate Scholarship in Breast Cancer Research. The scholarship was started up in 2008 by John Dufour (Coach Steph’s dad). He was always trying to come up with new ways to raise money for the scholarship— which makes this competition-fundraiser a perfect way to pay tribute to a great guy.

• Teams of 2 (mm / ff)
• $150 registration fee per team (registration fees are being donated to the scholarship) — Registration fee includes 2 competition t-shirts
• 4 workouts
• Divisions: RX, Intermediate, Scaled, Adaptive, Masters (40+)
