Divisions & Movement Standards
RX (AKA Titans):
If you RX at competitions or the CrossFit Open then this division is for you.
- Deadlift 70-140kg
- Pull ups (at least 2 athletes)
- Toes to bar (at least two athletes)
- 20/24/30“ box jumps
- Double Unders
- Front Squat 40/60kg
- Snatch 55/80kg
- Cleans 70/100kg
- Deadlift 100/140kg
- Dumbbells 2 x 15/22.5kg or 1x 22.5/30kg
- HSPU & HSW (at least one athlete)
- Muscle ups - Ring and Bar (at least one athlete)
Do not fear RX- this competition is about work capacity and teamwork.
Any 'high skill' work will be shared across the team, meaning you don't get stopped in your tracks - this maybe the most inclusive RX comp you'll find!
Intermediate (AKA Spartans)
- Deadlift 60-120kg
- Pull ups (at least 2 athletes)
- Toes to bar (at least two athletes)
- 20/24" box jumps
- Double Unders
- Front Squat 40/60kg
- Snatch 40/60kg
- Cleans 50/80kg
- Deadlift 60/120kg
- Dumbbells 2 x 15/22.5kg or 1x 15/22.5kg
- Kipping HSPU (at least one athlete)
Everyday (AKA Gladiators):
Our Gladiators category is a great place to start your competition experience, if you generally scale workouts in the Open or at the gym then give Gladiators a try.Deadlift 50-100kg
- Deadhang
- Wall Balls
- 20/24" Box Jumps/Step Up
- Single Unders
- Front Squat 25/40kg
- Ground to Overhead 35/50kg
- Cleans 45/70kg
- Deadlift 70/100kg
- Dumbbells 2 x 10/15kg or 1x 15/22.5kg
- Potentially pull-ups** (at least one athlete)
**If pull-ups are programmed for our Gladiators category they tend to be as a 'max-set' at the end of a workout rather than mid workout so will not stop you from completing a WOD

Refunds
Refunds for teams that can’t attend Summerslam through injury or other unforeseen circumstances will be offered until Friday 26th July, after this date we will be able to refund any places we can fill with a substitute team.
