About This Competition
Salut à toi,
Le premier Throwdown d'Annecy aura lieu le samedi 29 juin et le dimanche 30 juin 2024 au Centre Sportif Marcel Dassault.
Le format de la compétition sera en équipe Homme/Femme et équipe Homme/Homme.
La compétition accueillera 192 équipes et les inscriptions seront sans qualifications.
Planning du week-end: 5 Wods + 1 floater + 1 final

Les standards RX :
- Snatch 60/45
- Clean & Jerk 80/60
- Tous les mouvements de gym pour les deux athlètes
- Les standards ne sont pas à prendre en compte pour la finale.

- Snatch 45/30
- Clean & Jerk 60/45
- Pull Up / T2b / Rope Climb / DU pour les deux athlètes
- Les standards ne sont pas à prendre en compte pour la finale.
