Format: Teams of 4; 2 male 2 female
Division: One division; RX/Intermediate standard
Available Spots: 12 spaces
Cost: $120 NZD per team
Registration: Thursday 23rd February, 6pm
This event is exclusively for X-Force CrossFit and CrossFit Trailblazer. Your coaches will provide you with the code to register.
No refunds: You can transfer your spot to another team but we won't be giving refunds on reserved spots.

Complete the following in order.
1 works 3 rest switch however you like
80 Cal Row
40 Clean & Jerks @60/42.5
40 TTB to Pull-up
80 WBS @9/6kg
Tie Break time.
20 Ring Muscle Ups
In Pairs
(F/F)(M/M)
Each pair has 10 minutes to build to heavy snatch complex.
Snatch + Hang Snatch(anywhere above the knee, any finishing style)
(Athletes will not be permitted to warm up with anything more than an empty bar)
The team score will be the combined biggest successful lift from each athlete.
In Pairs
(M/M) (F/F)
Same sex Pairs Alt rounds every 90sec (4 Rounds Each total of 8)
Share 60 Double Unders however you like (No minimum work requirment)
8 Synchro DB Box Step Overs (all feet together on one side before the next rep can start)
Max Effort Synchro Shoulder to Overhead @60/42.5 (Synchro the lockout before bringing the bars down)
DB Box step over loading: 1 male must carry 2X22.5kg DB the other male carries 2X17.5kg DB, 1 Female carries 2X15kg DB the other carries 2X10kg DBs
Pairs scores are combined for a total team score.
Every rep not completed leading up to the S2OH will result in 1 rep being removed from your score.
Teams will complete the following worm work and then race their worm around lake Rua
FT
20 Worm Deadlifts
5 Synchro Burpees Over the worm
15 Worm Hang Cleans
5 Synchro Burpees Over the worm
10 Worm Thrusters
5 Synchro Burpees Over the worm
Then
Worm carry around lake Rua (Any direction)
1st Athlete swims 2 widths of the lake (Points to be shown soon)
2nd Athlete Echo Bikes 3000m
3rd Athlete Runs 2 laps of Lake Rua
4th Athlete Swims 1 width, Bikes 1000m, runs 1 lap of Rua
Wetsuits will be permitted
There will be flotation suppport in the water, If you use support you will NOT be disqualified.
You will not be permitted to use fins or other performance enhancing equipment other than a wetsuit.
Each athlete must complete the following before moving to the next set of squats
20 Overhead squats @50/35
then
20 Front Squats @60/42.5
then
20 Back Squats @80/55
While an athlete is squating the rest of the team must be holding an object up off of the floor for their reps to count.
You will be required to change your own weights as you progress. The entire team can help with weight changes but you must stay within your lane.
