**Add rope climbs to each round**

"Grip Gang" is an 8min AMRAP (ygig) style workout. While one partner works the other partner rests. Athletes have the freedom to strategize rope climbs, both partners are not required to do the rope climbs. Teams will then get a 1-minute rest before attempting 2:00 AMRAP of Echo Bike for Max Cals.

Score: Total reps at 8:00 mark
After 1 min Rest from Workout 2 (Grip Gang), athletes will have 2:00 to achieve max cals on the Echo Bike. (ygig). Athletes have the freedom to strategize how they want to break up the work intervals within 2 mins. The score is the total cals completed at the 2:00 mark.

After 1 min rest from workout 3 (The Blk Lung), 3min max effort sprint on the machine, partners will pick their best machine and this 3min max effort will be completed simultaneously, your second score is the cumulative cals completed between the two partners after 3 minutes.

The BLK Lung is a two part endurance based metcon. Score 1 is the team total BBJO completed after the designated machine meters in the first 10:00. Athletes will do their designated meters and switch machines once each athlete has completed their first round of 1000m, this is a total of 2000m (1000m run + 1000m ski) per partner| Scaled will be 800 m rounds for a total of 1600 m per partner. Teams that do not make it to the BBJO will be scored based on their total meters completed between both partners within the 10 minutes. The breaker for teams who complete the same amount of BBJO is the fastest machine time to complete the total machine meters. Athletes will then have a 1min rest before going into part 2.

**If athlete fails S2O, they can reattempt from the shoulder rather than having to go back down to the floor**
