Rumble on the Bay 2022
About This Competition
CrossFit 920's Rumble on the Bay presented by Pella Windows and Doors of Wisconsin will be a 1 day, all outdoor, male/female team competition held once at Capital Credit Union Park!
Prizes for all top finishing teams will be based on the number of registered teams.
Register by September 1 to guarentee event t-shirt
Divisions:
RX: Both team members are proficient in all RX Crossfit movement standards
Intermediate: Both team members have competed in a Crossfit competition before or are proficient in the basic movements of Crossfit
Beginners: First Crossfit competition or less than 2 years of Crossfit experience for both team members
Sub-Masters (38-45): Both partners must be between 38-45 years old
Masters Plus (46+): Both partners must be at least 46 years old (if one partner is 40-45 and one partner is 46+ you must register for the 40-45 division)
Teen (14-17): Both partners must be between 14-17

Flow:
Partner 1 will complete 21 thrusters and 20 yards of burpee broad jumps, upon return Partner 1 will tag Partner 2 to begin their 21 thrusters and 20 yards of burpee broad jumps. The team will continue in this fashion for the remainder of the workout with the time ending when Partner 2 crosses the finish line after the 40 yard burpee broad jump
