AMRAP x 13 Minutes

Buy In: 1' Wall Facing HS Hold

... directly into AMRAP ...

21 Partner Wall Balls

15 Pull Ups

9 Handstand Push Ups

3 Bar Muscle Ups

 

SCORE:

Der Score sind die absolvierten Wiederholungen.

 

FLOW:

Beide Partner starten mit dem vorgegebenen Hold. Schaffen es nicht beide Partner die vorgegebene Dauer zu halten, so ist der Penalty ein zeitverzögerter Start von 1 Minute.

 

Beide Partner müssen mit Start der Uhr in der jeweiligen Halteposition stehen.

 

Die Partner dürfen jederzeit wechseln, die Wall Balls müssen jedoch gemeinsam absolvert werden.

Bei jedem Wechsel müssen sich die Partner abklatschen.

SC:

30" WF HS Hold

21 Wall Ball (6/4kg)

15 Pull Ups

FD:

1' Plank Hold

SCORE:

Der Score ist die Gesamtzeit, in welcher das Workout gefinished wird. Wird das Workout nicht innerhalb des TC absolviert, so werden die absolvierten Wiederholungen angegeben (z.B.: CAP + 200).

 

FLOW:

Beide Partner starten hinter der Startlinie und beenden das Workout hinter der Ziellinie.

Bei jedem Wechsel müssen sich die Partner abklatschen.

SCORE:

Der Score ist die Zeit, oder die absolvierten Wiederholungen bei Erreichen des Time Cap.

 

FLOW:

Beide Partner starten hinter der Startlinie. Auf “3,2,1, Go!” beginnt Partner 1 mit den vorgegebenen Metern auf dem Rower und den anschließenden Burpee Over Rower. Nach der letzten Wiederholung, klatschen sich die Partner ab und Partner 2 beginnt mit dem gleichen Ablauf.

 

Anschließend absolvieren beide Partner synchron 30 DB Devil Press und 30 Box Jump Over.

 

Das Workout ist beendet, wenn beide Partner wieder hinter der Ziellinie stehen.
