About This Competition

Hello and Welcome all athletes, 

MUST READ!!! 

This competition will be our first In house competition in Koh Samui Island and we allow other people to sign up and join so we can meet awesome, strong and competitive people from around Thailand. 

No online qualify needed! 

Athlete's qualifacation is in the list below.

Olympic Weightlifting
Snatch (0.3-0.5BW%)
Clean and jerk (0.5-0.75BW%)

DB snatch (22.5/15kg)
KB swing (24/16kg)
Wallball (20/14lb)

Gymnastic
Handstand push up
Toe to bar
Bar muscle up (low repetition range)


Example of athlete’s qualification(performance)

Khai (Weights 62kg)
Signed up for Hybrid category

He needs to be able to perform the minimum requirement of,
Basic Weightlifting
- 31kg Back squat
- 18kg Shoulder press
- 46.5kg Deadlift

Olympic weightlifting
- 18kg snatch
- 31kg clean and jerk

He must be able to perform all the Gymnastic and conditioning movements correctly(with high volumes).

 

This event will take place at our gym(KohsamuiCrossfit),  Koh Samui Island Thailand. 

All workout will be released 30days before the competition date which is June20. ***One surprise workout will be announce at the event.

 

***100% refund if the event is canceled or postponed.
