About This Competition

Workouts will be released at a later date but Division standards are a guide to weights that will be used, not necessarily the movements used in the workouts. The guide is as follows. 

RX

Both Partners must be comfortable performing:

50's/35's dumbbell movements

Cycling Barbell Olympic lifts at 135/95 lb

150/100 lb Sandbag Movements

Toes2Bar

Double Unders

Burpees

Rowing

Running

Biking

At Least 1 Partner must be comfortable performing:

Bar Muscle Ups

Handstand Pushups


Intermediate

Both Partners must be comfortable performing:

35's/25's dumbbell movements

Cycling Barbell Olympic lifts at 115/85 lb

100/75 lb Sandbag Movements

Toes2Bar

Double Unders

Burpees

At Least 1 Partner must be comfortable performing:

Chest to Bar Pullups

Handstand Pushups + 1 Abmat

Both Partners must be comfortable performing:

25/15 lb single dumbbell movements
