About This Competition
Be a part of the First Eleven Athletic competition!
Get ready for a full day of competitive fitness at Eleven Athletic. The EA Series : Partner Edition is a same-sex pairs Functional Fitness competition designed to challenge teamwork and performance across a range of workouts.
Whether you’re stepping onto the floor for your first comp or looking to push your limits, this event brings athletes together to test their strength in unity.
Event Details
- Format: Same-sex pairs
- Divisions:
- Fitness (Scaled)
- Performance (Intermediate)
- Workouts: 3 main workouts + 1 floating WOD
- Time:
- Doors open: 8:00 AM
- First heat: 9:00 AM
- Finish: Approx. 4:00 PM
Division Standards
Fitness (Scaled)
Designed for those building confidence in competition with accessible loading and movements:
- Snatch: 20kg (F) / 30kg (M)
- Clean & Jerk: 30kg (F) / 40kg (M)
- Deadlift: 50kg (F) / 70kg (M)
- Single Dumbbell: 10kg (F) / 15kg (M)
- Sandbag: 30kg (F) / 50kg (M)
- Box Step-Ups
- Toes to Rings
- Partial Wall Walks
Performance (Intermediate)
For athletes with some experience across lifts and gymnastics:
- Snatch: 30kg (F) / 40kg (M)
- Clean & Jerk: 40kg (F) / 50kg (M)
- Deadlift: 70kg (F) / 100kg (M)
- Single Dumbbell: 15kg (F) / 22.5kg (M)
- Sandbag: 50kg (F) / 70kg (M)
- Box Jumps
- Toes to Bar
- Wall Walks
- Pull-Ups
On the Day
- Food available to purchase on-site
- Free entry for spectators
- Dogs welcome in outdoor areas
