CrossFit Agema's Winters War - Battle of the Fittest 2020
About This Competition
CrossFit Agema's Winters War individual competition is back for another year after the huge success of its first event in 2019!
Once again, the online qualifiers will be held over 3 weeks, and open to all abilities and athletes. The best part? It's open Australia wide! So grab your friends, training partners and sign up.
Workouts will be released Thursday 12pm and score submissions will be open from Friday 9am to Monday 9pm.
At the completion of the 3 weeks, the top 12 male and female from both scaled and RX'd divisions will be invited to throw down at the finals at CrossFit Agema!
Registration is $20 for the online qualifiers (3 weeks). Each week online athletes will have access to sponsor discounts & go into the running to win the Winters Warrior Pack.
Finals athletes registration is $65, which includes competition tee & athlete pack.

Workouts
PART A - AMRAP 6 (Tiebreaker)
30 double unders (scaled= single skips)
20 deadlifts 40/30kg (scaled 30/20kg)
10 Thrusters (at same weight)
Every rep equals a point
PART B - At the 6 minute mark, move straight into 6 minutes to find a 3RM squat.
Rx= overhead squat
Scaled= Front squat
Every kilogram equals a point Eg. 60kg x3 =180 points
Must complete all three reps for points to count
SCORE IS TOTAL REPS COMPLETED FROM PART A + PART B
3 rounds of 3 minutes each, 2 minute rest.
At the start of each round complete:
25 Over the Bar Burpees (scaled 18 OBB) (workout 2.1)
In the remaining time compelte max Ground to Overhead
RX 80/55kg, scaled 50/30kg
GTO score is recorded seperatly. (workout 2.2)

3.1 is Max Cals on the rower.
Aim is to complete as many reps as possible.
4 rounds, 2 minutes each, 1 minute rest.
R1 (3.1): Max Cals on Rower
R2 (3.2): Max Alternating KB Snatch 24/16kg (Scaled above shoulder KB swings)
R3 (3.3): Max Burpee Box Jump Overs 20"
R4 (3.4): Max Toes To Bar (Scaled high knees above 90°)
Each round will be scored individually.
3.2 is max Max Alternating KB Snatch 24/16kg (Scaled above shoulder KB swings)
Aim is to complete as many reps as possible.
