Bar Muscle Ups RX and Masters/ Pull Ups Scaled

Shoulder to Overhead (165/115) RX and Masters / (115/75) Scaled

Box Jump Overs (30/24) RX and Masters / (24/20) Scaled

8 minutes to accomplish max combined hang squat snatch 2RM 

Before hang snatch can be attempted a 1000m buy in row for time must be performed 


Bar will start empty

1 athlete may start seated on rower but with hands off the handles

On the count of 3,2,1 Go! Athletes will start their 1000m row.  Once athlete #1 gets to the 500m mark, teams will switch partners and athlete 2 will complete the 1000m row.   Athletes must stay seated until the rower passes the 500m mark.  

Once athlete #2 completes the row the time will be noted for tie breaking purposes

Athlete #2 will then tag athlete #1 and then teams will be allowed to begin to load their barbell and attempt their max hang squat snatch for RX and masters (scaled can do power, split, or squat) in the remainder of the 8 minutes

Barbell may not touch the ground between reps

Barbell may not be lowered past the knee from the hang 

Barbell may not touch any part of the body in the overhead squat position

RX and masters Only: barbell may NOT be caught in the power position and lowered into an overhead squat 

Score will be your max combined load 

Score for The row will only be for tie breaking purposes throughout the competition.

*Jerk can be a push press, power jerk, split jerk, or shoulder press
