About This Competition

Heroes Journey Fitness is running a fun, team-based, (slightly) competitive team event. With over 50 of our members registered, this is a fantastic way to build camaraderie, meet new friends, and step outside of our comfort zones a little bit (all in the name of good, old fashion fun). The focus of this event is on inclusion and celebration instead of just competition (though there’s a good bit of that, too)! Also, we've been known to have lots of fun with team trash talking on social media as well (let's just keep it relatively clean/light hearted please…Liz/Carrie lol).

Teams are encouraged to celebrate their spirit by wearing their team shirts, any other team "flare," making posters, noisemakers, extra visitors, etc.

SCHEDULE:

Join us every Thursday night at 8pm (starting Feb. 23rd) for a Viewing Party of the WODs as they're announced.

Then, come back on Fridays at 7pm to prep and strategize so you can crush the competition.

Each Workout will take place on Saturday mornings from 8:15 - 11:15am. Make sure to coordinate heat times with your teammates!

And, finally join us for the END PARTY with WODBALL on Saturday, April 1st.
