About This Competition

Qualifier

The workouts need to be done with both buddys at the same physical location. The workouts do not need to be done at the same day.

The qualifier workouts will be released on May 8th 08:00PM CEST at Competition Corner. The online qualifier consists of three workouts. All scores should be submitted via Competition Corner before May 30th 2023 at 08:00PM CET. 

Participating

Every athlete in the world is allowed to join the qualifier of the Beach Throwdown Athletes younger than 18 need to show permission of their parents to join. There are 4 divisions in the competition:

- M/M Rx
- F/F Rx
- M/M Intermediate
- F/F Intermediate

Please read carefully to be sure you're in the right division.

Ask yourself the following questions:
1) A: I can do 3 Muscle Ups unbroken or more or B: I can do 5 Pull Ups and Toes to Bars unbroken or more
2) A: My 1 RM Clean & Jerk is at least 100/70kg or B: My 1 RM clean is lower then 100/70kg
3) A: I can walk on my hands or B: I can do Handstand push ups
4) A: I can perform a legless rope climb or B: I can perform a regular rope climb

If you've answered 3 or more times A you could best sign up for the Rx division, otherwise go for Intermediate. Note that you can sign up for Rx if one of the team can perform the A skills and the other can do all B skills. If in doubt please feel free to contact us.

Qualifier Tickets

Will cost 35 EUR per team ex platform fee.

Finals

The finals will be at July 15-16 2023 at Beach Stadium The Hague, Scheveningen (NL).

The top 36 MM Rx / 24 FF Rx will proceed to the Alpha-division and compete on both days.
The next 36 MM Rx / 24 FF Rx duo's will proceed to the Bravo-division and compete on both days.

The top 36 MM Intermediate / 24 FF Intermediate will proceed to the Echo-division and compete on Sunday.
The next 36 MM Intermediate / 24 FF Intermediate duo's will proceed to the Foxtrot-division and compete on Saturday.
