RX DIVISION:

Partnered Deadlift @180KG 

4 x shared bar complexes after each set of deadlifts 

 

Time cap 10:00

 

Bar complex = 1 pull up + 1 chest to bar + 1 bar muscle-up (doesn't have to be unbroken) 

 

INTERMEDIATE DIVISION:

For Time 

1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10

Partnered Deadlift @140KG 

4 x shared bar complexes after each set of deadlifts 

 

Bar complex = 1 pull up + 1 chest to bar (doesn't have to be unbroken) 

 

NOVICE DIVISION:

For Time

Partnered Deadlift @100KG 

5 pull ups after each set of deadlifts 

RX DIVISION:

NOVICE DIVISION:

10/7 calorie echo bike / 6 x shuttle runs

15 synchro Abmat sit-ups

10 synchro dual DB thrusters @15/10kg 

AMRAP 10:00 (Alternating rounds between section 1 / section 2 in an I go, you go order) 

Section 1: 

10 burpee box jump overs 


Section 2: 

14 wall balls 

7 hang squat cleans 


Orientation: Partner 1 completes section 1, then partner 2 will complete section 1. Once complete, partner 1 will begin to complete section 2, followed by partner 2. Continue this manner for 10 minutes. 


RX: Box @30/24” | Wall ball @9/6kg to a 10/9ft target | Barbell @80/55kg 

Intermediate: Box @24/20” | Wall ball @9/6kg to a 10/9ft target | Barbell @60/40kg   

Novice: Line facing burpees | Wall ball @6/3kg to a 10/9ft target | Hang "power" cleans @35/25kg

RX DIVISION

For Time 

Partner 1: 150 double unders + 550m row 

Partner 2: 550m row + 100 double unders 

 

Time cap 8:00


*For every meter not completed, add it as seconds to your overall time. You can choose to have female or male go first in your team. Once partner 1 completes their section of work, they will get out of the rower, run to the other partner for a hand to hand tag, allowing partner 2 to enter and begin on the row. 

 

INTERMEDIATE DIVISION

For Time 

Partner 1: 90 double unders + 550m row 

Partner 2: 550m row + 60 double unders 

 

NOVICE DIVISION

For Time 

Partner 1: 150 single skips + 500m row 

Partner 2: 500m row + 100 single skips
