About This Competition

Here is your chance to do some FUN and CHALLENGING workouts with your friends!! Driven712 Garage Gym is hosting its 5th annual Reindeer Games fundraiser and we are going online Nov.23rd - Dec.7th . We will have 3 tests to complete in a M/M and F/F partner style competition! Do these workouts in the comfort of your own home and send in a video or message driven712 to schedule a time to be judged!

Workouts

DASHER 100 Thrusters for time 4 synchro burpees (over the bar) at the top of every minute W -45/75 M - 75/95 This workout BEGINS with burpees! Thruster standards -Bar starts on the ground, can not take from rig. -Hips need to be below parallel in the squat portion of th movement (if we have to guess it's a no rep) - full extension of hips and knees at the top - Arms locked out at the top of the press -athletes may start with a squat clean on their 1st rep Burpee standards - chest and hips touch the floor. - RX /intermediate--> the jump does not need to be a 2 foot take off but both feet need to be in the air at the same time. If we have to guess it will be a no rep. Stepping in or out at any time is not permitted -Scaled will be step out burpees still need to touch hips and chest to floor and step over Bar. You MUST step in and out and over bar. Score- if any burpees are missed at the top of the Minute there will be a 2 sec add to your time for each rep missed.

7 minutes AMRAP 2 pullups/ ringrow 10 partner deadlifts 4 pullups/ringrow 10 partner Deadlifts 6 pullups/ Ring row 10 partner deadlifts Etc... Pullups go up by 2reps each round, Partners must alternate rounds for pull ups. Deadlifts done together. 1 min rest 4 min AMRAP Max weight partner deadlift. Barbell weight W - 205#/255# M - 285#/325# SCORE A will be the pullup reps completed in the 7 min time frame SCORE B will be the max weight of the partner deadlfit. Standard deadlift - bar starts on the ground partner lift to full extension. both partners must have knees and hips locked out, shoulders back at the top. do not bounce bar off ground. Pullups: athletes must start in a dead Hang, feet off the ground any kind of pullup is allowed but chin must go OVER the bar. if your doing butterfly pullups and your chin is above but not over the bar. it's a no rep. For the Ring rows put a piece of tap directly under your rings. when you do a ring row your feet need to be on the opposite side of the tape as your body .. lean back, pull chest to wrists.

VIXEN 7 rounds For time 7 back squat 7 shoulder to overhead 7 power cleans directly into... 1600 m Row If time remaining max power cleans Barbell weight W 55#/75# M 75#/105# 14 min time cap. you go, I go style -movements can not be partioned athletes perform 7 back squat, 7 S2OH, 7 power cleans then switch with partner. During the row portio. Athlete B holds the barbell weight that is used for power cleans and S2OH in hang position while Athlete A rows. If Barbell is sat down athletes switch row - rig Will not be used for any part of this workout. you must be able to move bar to starting position with every movement. *Normal standard back squat Barbell is cleaned and back racked and then you can start the movement. hips below parallel at the bottom and locked out at the top -*For shoulder to overhead bar must be in front rack to begin movement. lock out arms over head and lock out knees an hips to complete movement * power cleans will begin on the floor and end in the front rack position with knees locked at the top. squat cleans will not count.
