Welcome to Barbells For Bullies and Crossfit Nine VII Community WOrkout: 01/27/2024

Join Barbells For Bullies and the awesome folks at CrossFit Nine VII for a fun morning of fitness and fundraising. This is a community workout where all are welcome to come and check out what CrossFit is all about and to help raise money for a local dog rescue at the same time. Workouts will be held at 9am and 10:30AM with warmups starting 30 mins prior to the workout. Proceeds will benefit the pups at Ollie's Angels Animal Rescue located in Greenlawn, NY.

More about the rescue we're benefitting: Ollie's Angels Animal Rescue is a foster based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 2016. They are dedicated to saving the lives of abused, abandoned, and neglected dogs across the country, as well as those facing immediate euthanasia in kill shelters. Ollie's Angels believes that every animal deserves a second chance and a new beginning, regardless of age, breed, special needs, or physical condition.
