South Coast Throwdown 2022
About This Competition
South Coast Throwdown is back for the 8th year!!
For the first time SCT will be a same sex pair competition.
- 3 WODs + final for qualifying athletes.
- Masters Category - the pair must have a combined age of 80 or above on the day of the competition. Both must be 35+
A fun, friendly and challenging day for all!
No refunds however you can replace athletes up to the week before however T shirt sizes have to be finalised by the 2nd July.

1A - Build to a heavy complex:

Athletes will have 6 minutes to establish a heavy complex before having a 1 minute transition into part B...

Sandbag Over Shoulder
RX - 60kg / 40Kg Sandbag
RX Masters - 50kg/ 30kg Sandbag
Athletes will complete the following workout for time. Both bike and sandbag over shoulder are going simultaneously with athletes swapping on the bag after the prescribed repetitions.
For Time:
Athlete 1 - 50/40 Cal Row
Athlete 1 - 450m Run
Athlete 2 - 50/40 Cal Row
Athlete 2 - 450m Run
As an Indian formation, athletes will complete one round each for time This event will take place on the field and will be a full out sprint!!!

*Time Remaining - AMRAP TOES TO BAR*
RX + RX Masters - 1x 22.5/15kg DB / 9/6kg Wall Ball
Intervals style event where athletes will have three 3 minute windows and one 4 minute window to accumulate as many toes to bar as they can to gain a score.
