The Defiant Ones - Qualifiers
About This Competition
We are going individual and we need you to do a qualifier to see where we should place you at the finals!
- All qualifiers entered into £500 cash prize draw
- Just one qualifying workout (3 parts)
- Fully Accessible, no rig or high skill
- No video submission required
- Qualifier simply in place for us to add you to the correct category
- Categories - Beginner / Scaled / Intermediate only
- Just £10 to enter
- Entries in by 31/07
- Qualifier fee deducted from ticket price if you accept your finals spot
- Finals take place at Forge Functional Fitness in Sheffield 05/10/25
- Fitness Racing, once again fully Accessible, no rig or high skill
- You'll be on the floor for 90 minutes and then on your way home
- Finals tickets just £60 and will include some great free gifts including stainless steel water bottle and patch
- Live DJ and refreshments

- 08:00 - 10 DB Box Step Overs

Notes
As soon as the step overs are complete you begin rowing.
You do not have to fully extend on the box due to it being a step over.

Weight - Males - 15kg DB / Female 10kg DB
Notes
First rep must be performed from the hang as with all subsequent reps
Switch arms as you wish, no requirement for equal split on each side
Dumbbell must touch the shoulder on each rep
You must jump over the dumbbell on your burpees
You do not have to stand up fully on your burpees
Score is time taken to finish, if work is not complete it is 6:00 plus the amount of reps you had remaining
