1. Team of 3 with a cap of 10 teams
2. Team has to be able to do all open standard movements
3. Snatch above 70 kg, Clean and Jerk above 90 kg and DL above 120 kg.

1. Exclusive for Erada Fitness Athletes only.
2. Team of 3 with a cap of 10 Teams
3. Six months of any type Fitness experience Required
All workouts will be runned in the outdoor Arena
