About This Competition

Erada Throwdown 

Male Team RX

1. Team of 3 with a cap of 10 teams

2. Team has to be able to do all open standard movements

3. Snatch above 70 kg, Clean and Jerk above 90 kg and DL above 120 kg. 

 

Male Team Scaled

1. Exclusive for Erada Fitness Athletes only.

2. Team of 3 with a cap of 10 Teams

3. Six months of any type Fitness experience Required 

 

All workouts will be runned in the outdoor Arena

30 Cal row

2 Athletes will run together at the same time while the thrid athlete is working in the rower.

Note: You have to switch the athlete working in the rower. You CAN'T start the next round until the 30 Cal is done.

Each Athlete will do 1 part only and will have 4 min before the next Athlete starts the next part
