About This Competition

CrossFit Arete is hosting our annual THROWDOWN comp on Sunday 25.06.2023

A MM/FF pairs comp across 3 divisions - Scaled, RX’d & Advanced. Registation is $130 per team, which includes a T-shirt each.

This comp was first formed in 2019, and was created as a way for our community to test their strength, their fitness & ultimately their TEAMWORK, in an epic environment!

The Throwdown is for all fitness levels and is the perfect atmosphere to experience your first CrossFit comp. There is a division for everyone, and additional scaling is available for athletes that may need it.

We have a huge support network of sponsors that are on board to supply epic prize packs for our winners, so push your limits and chase that podium!

Thank you to all athletes for your participation on our last Throwdown comps, and for making 2023 the best Throwdown yet.
