WELCOME TO MORPH MAYHEM. A fun and competitive single day, teams of 2 competition hosted by CrossFit MORPH.
RX, Intermediate and Masters (35years+) divisions to choose from based on your ability.
Categories are M/M, M/F, F/F and Masters (open category)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION.
When: Saturday, February 1st 2025
Where: CrossFit Morph. 1/23 Nagle Street, Wagga Wagga, NSW, 2650
Time: 7am - 3pm
Each Division is capped and registration is NOW OPEN
Refunds: All team registrations are non-refundable. We recommend you purchase event insurance.
Substitutes: Team members can be substituted for any reason before competition day.

What division should you pick?
RX: We consider our RX division to be the standard for the CrossFit Open. If you can RX the open and regularly RX workouts in your local gym, you can compete in our RX category.
INTERMEDIATE: If you regularly scale/modify workouts in your local gym and must scale the open workouts you will be best off in our Intermediate division.
MASTERS: Our Master's division in 35 Years+. Each team member must be 35 years or older on the day of the competition. This division is an OPEN division, which means same-sex and mixed teams will compete against each other. All movements, Weights and Calories will be adjusted accordingly.

Workouts will be released two weeks from the competition date.
IMPORTANT: Shirts are unisex based on men's sizing.
Ladies if you like a smaller fit go a size down. If you like a looser fit order normal sizing. Men order as per usual.

30 Calories (M/M Teams), 27 Calories (M/F Teams), 24 Calories (F/F Teams) on Bike-Erg
20 Synchro Squats (KB/DB Held anyway)
In Remaining time Max Reps:
Round 1: Max Pull-Ups
Round 2: Max Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
Round 3: Max Bar Muscle-Ups
INTERMEDIATE: Will complete Pull-ups on all rounds
Weights:
Rx Men: 24kg Kettlebell (KB) / 22.5kg Dumbbell (DB)
Rx Women: 16kg KB / 15kg DB
Masters: 20kg KB / 12.5kg DB
Intermediate: Men 16kg KB / 15kg DB | Women 12kg KB / 12.5kg DB
*Competitors can choose to hold the DB or KB any way they like.

*** MAST/INT complete DB OH Lunge. RX completes HS Walk. All are completed in 5m increments. If you fail a 5m section or are no repped you must return to the start.
