Battle of the Sexes - Saturday, February 24th 2024
Ever wonder who the best pair of athletes are in SWFL?
The "Battle of the Sexes" is a 2 Person Team Competition where teams can be either Coed or Same Sex. (Guy-Girl/Guy-Guy/Girl-Girl)
There will be 3 Divisions based on Skill Level - RX, Intermediate, and Scaled composed of the above team combinations.
Standards and workouts will be released on the @crossfit_rising Instagram
Spots will be limited to 18 Teams per Division.
