About This Competition
After years of bringing you large competitions at big venues, CrossFit Hartford is excited to present our very first smaller competition at our affiliate. This is our first chance to show off our gym, and we would love to see people here. There will be plenty of outdoor space for you to hang out, so bring your gear and set up.

Rx: 8 Minute Cap: 21-15-9 Deadlifts #225/#155 and HSPU, 9-6-3 Squat Cleans #225/#155 and Strict Ring Dips. This workout is performed 21-21-9-9-15-15-6-6-9-9-3-3. Partners may split the work however they wish.// Scaled: 21-15-9, Deadlifts #135/95 and Hand Release Push-ups, 9-6-3 Squat Cleans #135/95.
RX: 7 Minute AMRAP, 40 Front Squats #135/95, 30 Burpee Box Jump Overs, 20 Pistols. Partners may split the work however they wish.// Scaled: 40 Front Squats #95/65, 30 Burpee Box Jump Overs (Step-ups and downs allowed), 20 Front Rack Lunges #95/65.
RX: 10 Minutes: 10-20-30… Double Unders, 5-10-15… Wall Balls #20/14. For this workout, one partner must finish 10 and 5, then the next partner must finish 10 and 5, then the first partner will complete 20 and 10, then their partner will complete 20 and 10, so on and so forth. // Scaled: Single Unders instead of Double Unders, #14/#10 lbs wall balls
3 minute max effort muscle ups
6 minutes to get a max weight snatch. Score is accumulated max for each partner
