About This Competition
5 tons of fun- 10,000lbs for 10k Followers
Just like it says, the goal of this workout is to accumulate 10,000 lbs of your preferred lift (Squat, Deadlift, Bench, Shoulder to Overhead, Ground to Overhead , whatever - but we'll be doing Clusters) to commemorate the communities' support of Barbells For Bullies by hitting 10k followers on Instagram. Whether you do that as 100 reps at 100lbs or 200 reps at 50lb, doesn't matter.
What's a cluster? Essentially it's a squat clean thruster. Bar starts and ends on the ground. Pretty simple.
How much does it cost?
Nothing. Free. Zip. Zero. Zilch. No strings.
