Workouts

On OLD McCants Field. Partner 1 and Partner 2 will start together. P1 will Bear Crawl to the first 20 yard marker while P2 carries the equipment. Once both athletes reach the first 20 yard marker, P2 will complete: 5 DB Thrusters, 10 Alt. DB Snatches, and 15 pushups. P1 will then switch and complete the same 5-10-15. After P1 completes their WOD, then P2 will bear crawl to the 40 Yard line while P1 carries equipment. Every 20 yards the team will complete the WOD. Once the team has completed the last 100 yard WOD station, the team will BEAR CRAWL SPRINT to the finish line.Dumbbells - 35lb
