Eminence Open 2018

The Open Kicks off Feb 22nd 2018.
 
We will watch the Live Announcement by CF HQ right here at CFE at 6pm every Thursday's. 
2 athletes will go head to head from the designated team immediately following. 

Friday Night Lights will kick off at 630pm every Friday. Bring family and friends and have them watch you throw down with the community. 

Scores are due before 5 p.m. PT that Monday.

  • 20 overhead squats

Men perform 115-lb. OHS, 50-lb. DB snatches

Time cap: 14 minutes

 

IF you don't finish, please add 1 second for every rep short.

Time cap: 9 minutes

 

Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:

•3 thrusters

•3 chest-to-bar pull-ups

•6 thrusters

•6 chest-to-bar pull-ups

•9 thrusters

•9 chest-to-bar pull-ups

•12 thrusters

•12 chest-to-bar pull-ups

•15 thrusters

•15 chest-to-bar pull-ups

•18 thrusters

•18 chest-to-bar pull-ups

 

This is a timed workout. If you complete the round of 18, go on to 21. If you complete 21, go on to 24, etc.

 

Men use 100 lb.

Women use 65 lb.
