Workouts

On "GO" teams will complete sync burpees over haybale:

RX: 20-15-10

Scaled: 12-10-8

After each set of burpees teams will complete a ~400m run round the lakes, before commencing the next set of burpees over haybale.

Teams will repeat this for each of the remaining sets.

There is a 15min time cap.

Sync Burpee Over Haybale

  • Chest and hips contact the floor at the bottom of the rep.
  • All team members must have their chest and hips in contact with the floor at the same time.
  • Then athletes will all need to get themselves over the haybale to complete the rep.
  • If one or more athletes come up before all team members have met this standard then this would be a no rep.

400m run

  • For the first 2 runs, teams must run together holding a rope.
  • On the final run athletes may run as an individual to get back to the haybale.

Score

  • The teams score is the total time taken to complete all 3 rounds.
  • Time stops when all team members get back to their haybale.
  • If the team gets time capped. Then your score will be, total reps of the burpees completed and then 1 point per athlete who makes it back to the haybale on the run, per set.

General Flow - 15”

On-go teams will clean the worm to the shoulder and perform:

RX

15 Worm Squats

15 STOH

Scaled

10 Worm Squats

10 STOH

The team will then run a ~150m loop, back to the worm.

This will complete 1 round.

Teams will then repeat this for the remainder of the time.

Score is total reps completed.

Worm Squats

• Teams must clean the worm on their shoulder and stand the rep up before commencing the frist squat (you cannot squat clean the first rep)

• Full depth: Hips below parallel at the bottom.

• Full extension: Stand tall at the top, hips and knees fully extended.

STOH (Shoulder-to-Overhead)

• The worm starts on the same shoulder, all athletes facing the same direction.

• The worm must be moved by all teammates to the opposite shoulder at the same time and must be in contact with the shoulder simultaneously for the rep to count. If one person has to duck under to because they are on the oposite side to the rest of the team, this will be a No Rep

• The rep counts when the worm has been pressed from one shoulder to the other and  when all team members are on the same side.

• All reps must be completed together and synchronized.

Run

• Distance: All teammates must complete the full 150m loop.

• Start the worm work, only after all teammates have returned.
