Teams of three require each member to be born in a different decade. This can be done in two ways: The first number in the age are all different or the date of birth all in a different decade.

Workouts
Workout: Battle on Repeat
Each time interval for total reps
3 min – 4 min – 5 min intervals
No rest between intervals
30 Cal Bike
30 T2B
30 Deadlift (225/155) (Scaled (185/105)
10 Rope Climbs 12’ (First 3 rope climbs for RX start seated and then can use legs once high enough)
Scoring:
Score is total reps added together across the 3 intervals.
Notes:
Only 1 partner working at a time.
Each interval starts back on the bike
If you can complete the chipper, you can start back on the bike to accumulate more reps.
Workout: Devil’s Jump
Each partner picks their jump rope option and stays with it the entire workout
15 min AMRAP
Partner #1: 30 Drag Rope SU – 5 Devils Press (50/35)(Scaled 35/20) – 5 Lateral Burpees Over both DBs
Partner #2: 20 Drag Rope Cross Over – 5 Devils Press (50/35)(Scaled 35/20) – 5 Lateral Burpees Over both DBs
Partner #3: 10 Drag Rope DU – 5 Devils Press (50/35)(Scaled 35/20) – 5 Lateral Burpees Over both DBs
Scoring:
Score is total completed rounds and reps
We will have small, medium and large drag ropes for everyone.
Partners alternate full rounds.
Workout #2: GOAT Work
Each member chooses either the gymnastics, monostructural or weightlifting movement
Partner 1: 2 min of ME Bar MU (Scaled Burpee Pull-ups)
Rest 1:00
Partner 2: 3 min ME Row for Cals
Rest 1:00
Partner 3: 5 min to 5 Rep Max FS
Scoring:
Score is total reps of gymnastic movement + total cals on rower + weight from successful 5RM Front Squat.
Only 1 person working at a time.
Front squat loading can only start once the 3 min row is completed.
4 Rounds – 3 min on/1 min off
*One partner will always be on the runner accumulating calories

Score is total cals + total shuttle runs through the rounds.

Jerry Can movement reps can be split anyway.
Shuttle Run Distance is 50’ out and 50’ back. Each 50’ of the shuttle is a rep.
The athlete doing the shuttle will need to go around a cone on each end.
