Patriot Hyrox Benchmark on May 5th, 2024
About This Competition
Patriot CrossFit will be hosting its first unique "Hyrox-Style" benchmark workout on Sunday May 5th starting at 8:00 am. We will be running a total of five (5) heats starting at 8:00 am. A new heat will start every twenty (20) minutes.
The registration fee for this every is $20 and each participant will received a custom patch for their performance level. This event is meant to be a fun commmunity event and is based on intergrity. There are no prizes other than a custom patch based on perfromance. There are also no 1-on-1 judges.
There are no refunds after purchase.
The Patriot Hyrox Benchmark workout will be released on Friday April 5th.
