A test of endurance as you take on a 50 minute workout with a partner.
With 3 divisions, there's something for everyone here.

0745-0815: Team Registration
0800-0850: Heat 1
0900-0950: Heat 2
1000-1050: Heat 3
1100-1150: Heat 4
1200-1250: Heat 5
1300-1350: Heat 6
1400-1450: Heat 7
1500-1550: Heat 8
1600-1650: Heat 9
Heats will be allocated ahead of the event, athletes will need to arrive a minimum of 15 minutes before their heat commences.
All ticket sales are final, and cannot be refunded. We recommend taking ticket insurance at the checkout if you are unsure.

- Athletes will complete the 600m run at the same time.
- The first athlete to return can start the Burpee Box Jumps/Ups without their partner.
- All other movements can be divided as you wish.
- Athletes will complete the 200m D-Ball carry together, and can switch who carries at any point. This can be divided as you wish.
- The Wall Balls can not begin until the D-Ball is returned.
- Athletes can divide up the remaining time between them to score as many calories as possible before the time is up.
