About This Competition

CrossFit Covalence is hosting its first annual competition. Our event is teams. of 2, a M/M or F/F team competition for Rx and scaled divisions. We will cap our event at 35 teams total between Rx and scaled. Amount per division is not specific.

This competition will consist of 3 WODs plus a floater workout.

Workouts will be released closer to competition.

Cash and prizes totalling over $5,000 for podium.

Register prior to September 7th to guarantee t-shirt.

Rx athletes should have at least 1 team member who can complete all CrossFit Open movements as prescribed.

Workouts

This workout will take place immediatly following the 10 MIN AMRAP "HOLDS"

 

Athletes will have unlimited attempts to establish a 1RM Snatch in a 7 Min Window

 

RX athletes will be performing a squat snatch

Scaled athletes may snatch any variation. (Power, Squat, Split)

Athletes will complete the For Time portion following 1 min rest

FLOW: at 3,2,1 GO one athlete will move to the rower to complete calories (Athletes can switch during row). Once calories are complete athletes will move to the rig to conduct synchro reps, once complete team will complete 30 BBJO (swithcing as desired, one person working at a time), once complete team will move back to the rig to complete synchro reps, once complete one athlete will move to rower to complete the workout.

 

You will get as far as you can in 3 min, rest 1 min, get as far as you can in 5 min, rest 1 min and complete the full workout for time.

This workout takes place after the 1 min rest from the 5 min amrap.

Max Snatch will take place from 10:00-17:00

 

FLOW: 3,2,1 go one athlete moves to rope to complete rope while partner holds barbell. Athletes then move through the 60 DL (one athlete working), once complete one athlete moves to HSPU while other holds bar in FR. Team moves on to complete 30 FS, once complete one athlete holds plate OH while other athlete accumulates Wall Walks. Once complete with 15 wall walks start over with DU.

FLOW: 3,2,1 Go one athlete moves to barbell to complete thrusters (you can switch as needed), once complete one athlete completes gymnastics (switch as needed). You will continue this until the workout is complete. 

Non working athletes may change weight at anytime during the workout.
