The event is only open to Vogue Fitness members.

3.20pm - 8.00pm

Male Male / Female Male / Female Female

 
COMPETITION FORMAT:

Friday Night Lights is a pairs competition where athletes will compete in 4 back to back workouts for a total of 6 scores! There will be no final event, but a leaderboard composed of all teams results for all 6 scores!

Each pair will compete for 75 minutes with 4 x 10-12 minute workouts, with 10 minutes rest between each workout. You should arrive minimum 40 minutes before your heat start time to warm up and get ready. For example, your start time is 4pm:

    • Workout 1 will be 3.20pm
    • Workout 2 will be 3.40pm
    • Workout 3 will be 4.00pm
    • Workout 4 will be 4.20pm
    • Finish: 4.32pm

10 Minute AMRAP:

5 Rounds for time:

20 Burpees

14 Dumbell Hang Snatch (50/35LB)

 

In Remaining Time: Max Calorie Ski

 

SCORE A: Time to complete the 5 rounds

SCORE B: Total calories on the Ski Erg

 

MM teams calorie total will be 80% of the total completed
MF teams calorie total will be 90% of the total completed
FF teams calorie total will be 100% of the total completed

20 Burpees

14 Dumbell Hang Snatch (50/35LB)

 

In Remaining Time: Max Calorie Ski

 

SCORE A: Time to complete the 5 rounds

SCORE B: Total calories on the Ski Erg

PULL YOUR WEIGHT

 

10 Min AMRAP:

4 Rounds for time:

24 Sumo Deadlift High Pull (95/75)

16 Front Squat (95/75)

8 Pull ups

 

In Remaining Time: Max Repititions GTOH (95/75)

 

1 partner working at a time for the Ground to Overhead, swapping whenever.

Ground to overhead can be snatch, clean and jerk or any form, as long as the barbell starts on the ground and ends overhead.

If barbell bounces outside of marked workout box, the team must complete 10 Synchronised Burpees Over the Bar.

 

SCORE A: Time to complete the 4 rounds

SCORE B: Total number of GTOH repetitions

EVENT 2

PULL YOUR WEIGHT

 

10 Min AMRAP:

4 Rounds for time:

24 Sumo Deadlift High Pull (95/75)

16 Front Squat (95/75)

8 Pull ups

In Remaining Time: Max Repititions GTOH (95/75)

 

1 partner working at a time for the Ground to Overhead, swapping whenever.

Ground to overhead can be snatch, clean and jerk or any form, as long as the barbell starts on the ground and ends overhead.

If barbell bounces outside of marked workout box, the team must complete 10 Synchronised Burpees Over the Bar.
