Masters of the Universe
About This Competition
This is a master's level competition with age groups from 35- 70+.
All proceeds from the competition go directly to West Tech CrossFit, a non-profit high school CrossFit affiliate.

If you would like an event T-shirt, you must register by Wednesday, January 1st. If you register after 1/1, you will NOT get an event T-shirt.
If you have trouble with registration, please click on the chat window in the lower right corner of the screen.
MOVEMENT STANDARDS
-Chest to bar pull ups(35+) / Pull ups(55+)
-Toes to bar (all) (55+ less volume)
-Handstand Push ups (all) (55+ less volume)
-Squat Clean for reps
(135/95)(35+) / (95/65)(55+)
-Dumbbell Snatch / C&J
(50/35)(35+) / (35/20)(55+)
-Double Unders (all)
-Box Jumps (24/20) (all)
-Running (all)
-Rowing (all)
-Biking (all)
