About This Competition

Intermediate and scaled teams of 2 Male/ Male Female/ Female -Each workout will be done back to back and you will be done in less than an hour. -If you need us to switch your division after the workouts are posted, just let us know and we can do that for you. -There will be start times for each team posted in advance. Usually we will have a team start every 10 minutes or so.

AMRAP 5:00 Max Calorie Echo Bike Max Calorie Row *1 Athlete will be on the rower, the other athlete will be on the bike. Feel free to switch whenever you want or stay on the same machine the entire time! The choice is yours. SCORE = Total calories (bike + row)

3 Rounds for Time: 20 Alternating DB Snatches 40' DB Lunge 20 Toes to Bar INT: (50/35) | OVH Lunge SC: (35/20) | Front Rack Lunge | Knee Raises

7:00 to Establish... 3 Deadlifts 1 Hang Clean 2 Jerks This is a complex, meaning there is no rest or resetting between movements. It must be performed consecutively and in the listed order. Failure to follow the order above or resting/resetting will constitute a NO REP. SCORE = Total weight successfully lifted between both athletes.
