Workouts

4Km Trail Run

Athletes have 30 seconds to make the lift. As many attempts as needed within the 30 seconds. The weight on the bar will keep going up in determined weights until we have a winner. 

For a tie break the bar will be set to a determined weight and athlete will have 5 reps to complete for time
