About This Competition

The qualifier will be used to help determine which division might be best for you based on placement if you want to test your fitness level before signing up for GameDay North.

The Qualifier will consist of 3 workouts, which will drop on May 8th. You will need the following pieces of equipment: 

 - Pull-up Bar/Rig
 - Barbell
 - Bumpers
 - Dumbbell
 - Wall Ball
 - Box 
 - Jump Rope

The following divisions will be available for registration:

 - Scaled Men and Women
 - Intermediate Men and Women
 - Rx Men and Women
 - Masters Men and Women
 - Rx Masters Men and Women

All participants in the Qualifier will receive a 20% discount code for registration to GameDay North which will work for both individuals and teams. The qualifier is NOT required to participate in Duluth, but highly encouraged. Please register for the division you would plan to compete in for GameDay North. 

In addition to the discount mentioned above, winners of each division will receive a Qualifier Champion T-Shirts and free admission to GameDay North. If you win and plan to compete on a team, your portion of registration will be free. 

In order to be eligible to win a division, you MUST submit a video of your workouts. Any winning scores entered without a video will not be counted. We suggest using WODProof for recording your qualifier. All events have been added and set up on the app! Please make sure your reps are clean and there are no questions. We do not want to risk the wrath of Hiller. 

Gyms!

Every gym that has 15 or more registrations will have their logo printed on the event T-shirts for GameDay North. On top of that, the gym with the most registrations will receive a special highlight of that community and the coaches on our social. We will travel to you to film the gym, workouts, and interviews with coaches of that gym.

GameDay North will occur on September 17th and 18th in Duluth, MN. Registration will open May 29th.

Each round of Wall Balls, Pull Ups, and Overhead Squats must be completed by the allotted Time Domain. The goal is to complete the weight ladder as fast as possible without breaking the Time Domain for each Weight. See below for indepth examples.
