Event Four: Too-Weak Finale

Score is as many reps as you can get in both AMRAPs.
28 Reps in the second AMRAP per round completed.
There is a MANDATORY 90 second rest in between AMRAPs.
3-3-3-4 minutes of work
*1 minute Rest between each round.
Athletes will complete:
15 push-ups
30 straight leg sit-ups
45 alternating lunges
With remaining time, each round:
Jumps over dowel/stick
For this event the athlete will work for 3 minutes, then rest for 1 minute, for 3 total rounds, before finishing with a final 4 minute round.
The first 3 movements (pushups/situps/lunges) of each interval are considered a buy-in, with the athlete completing as many jumps over the dowel with the remaining interval time.
The ultimate goal being to complete as many jumps as possible in the time frames.
This workout begins with the athlete completing 15 pushups then 30 situps and then 45 lunges (total).
with the remaining time, complete as many jumps over the dowel or stick as possible.
At the end of the 3 minute window, the athlete will rest for the 1 minute transition.
Athlete's score will be as many jumps performed in the interval.
If no reps are completed, athletes score will be zero.
