Workouts

There will be eight barbells on the floor ascending in weight. At the call of "3-2-1 Go" teams will have 1:15 for BOTH athletes to complete the complex at the opening weight. Teams will have a :10 transition period to go to the next bar.

The complex is:

-1 clean (full or power is acceptable)

-3 front squat (if an athlete squat cleans the bar they still have to perform 3 front squats)

-1 S2O (any overhead variation is allowed)

If one teammate is unable to complete the entire complex at a given weight, the other teammate will move to the next bar alone.

Each rep is worth one point, meaning there are 5 points per teammate per barbell. If one teammate completes the clean, but fails to complete a front squat, that teammate gets one point for that barbell and will not move on to the next.

Score for teams will be the total number of reps completed (if both partners clear the entire ladder their score will be 100).

115/65, 135/95, 155/105, 185/125, 205/145, 225/155, 255/165, 275/175, 295/185, 315/205

AMRAP15

-20 Synchro toes to bar (or hanging leg raises)

-Partner A 500m Row

-Partner B 500m Row

*partner that is not rowing is bear hugging a #150/100 sandbag

At 3-2-1 go both athletes will run to the rig and begin 20 synchro toes to bar. Both pairs of feet must touch the bar at the same time for the rep to count.

After 20 toes to bar one athlete will pick up the sandbag and hold it in a bear hug, ONLY. Athletes are not permitted to "lap" the bag or take the bag to the shoulder. ONCE THIS ATHLETE HAS THE BAG THE SECOND ATHELTE MAY BEGIN THEIR 500M ROW. Athletes are not allowed to begin their row until their partner has the bag. If at any point the athlete holding the bag drops it, their partner must let go of the rower handle and cannot continue until the first athlete has the bag back in the bear hug.

Once the first athlete finishes their 500m row they will switch places with their partner until that athlete has finished their row.

Athletes will continue in this fashion for 15 minutes. Their score will be the total of reps completed.

SCALED DIVISIONS

Scaled teams will perform 20 synchro LEG raises in leiu of toes to bar. Both pais of legs will remain straight as they are raised above the hip crease.

Instead of a sandbag bear hug scaled teams will perform a dual KB front rack hold 44/26.

100m on the row equals one rep

There are 30 reps in each round.

3:00-6:00 Partner B completes couplet 1 for as many reps as possible
