About This Competition

ONLINE EVENT – JUNE 8TH – SPONSORED BY THE ATHLETE PROGRAM

Our online competitions have been created due to the current CV19 situation. We want to help keep people motivated with their health and fitness, whilst also having something to mentally focus on and look forward to over the coming weeks…
 
CATEGORIES AVAILABLE:
1 = No Equipment
2 = Limited Equipment
 
For the limited equipment category, you will only need the following to be able to participate:
 
A: 22.5kg/15kg Dumbbell
B: Skipping Rope
 
NOTE: A heavier KB or Dumbbell can be used instead of the prescribed 22.5/15kg DB as no advantage can be gained by this and you can use any form of rope for the skipping.
 
WORKOUT RELEASE DATES: 
8th June = WOD1 Release – Submission 14th June
15th June = WOD2 Release – Submission 21st June
22nd June = WOD3 Release – Submission 28th June
 
PRIZES:
There will be prizes for the top 3 males & females in both categories up to the value of £250 thanks to our event sponsors THE ATHLETE PROGRAM
 
Standard competition ‘Rules & Regs’ apply but remember this is for FUN so please get as many family and friends involved as possible
