There are four complexes that each team of 4 will execute by assigning a different complex to each member. The ladies will share a bar for their lifts, and the men will share a bar. Each teammate will have a total of 15 minutes to establish their heavy set. (two same genders will go at the same time) - with a total of 15 minutes).
1. Power Clean + 2 Front Squats + Jerk
2. 2 Rep Max Thruster
3. Snatch + Hang Snatch
4. 3 Deadlifts + 2 Hang Cleans + 1 Jerk
Score will be total weight lifted.

1 teammate at a time
Teammates must hold a loaded barbell for the duration of the workout. You can hold any way. Multiple teammates can hold at once.

Penalty - Every time the barbell is set down, teams have to complete 5 synchro burpees before resuming the workout.
