Workouts
Event #1 Ground Force (CrossFit Total - Total Weight combined)
Athletes have 12 minutes to establish their CrossFit Total (Strict Press, Back Squat, Deadlift).
Athletes must change their own weights. Judges, volunteers, and other participants cannot help.
The CrossFit Total is the sum of the best of three attempts at the squat, the press, and the deadlift.
All three lifts are done while standing on the floor.
There is no time limit for each lift however there is a 12-minute time cap for the length of the session in which they are all performed, and they must all be performed during one session—i.e., you cannot leave the area to rest or perform other activities between the three lifts.

16 Wall-Balls (20/14) (14/10)
12 T2B/Knee Raises
8 Cleans (135/95) (95/65)
Cash Out: 30/22 Cal Row
The objective of this event is to be explosive and efficient with your movements. The athlete must row 30 calories for the Men / 22 Calories for the Women (all divisions). Then perform 4 rounds of Wall Ball shots, Toes to Bar or Knee Raises and 8 Cleans (Muscle, Power or Squat). Once the 4 rounds are complete the athlete performs a 2nd 30/22 calorie row.
Fastest time wins, there is a 15-minute time cap.

Burpee Box Step Overs (24/20 Box)
Athletes will add '3' reps after every round until the end of the event.
3 Rounds for Time: 10 Min Time Cap

8 Box-Get-Overs (48/40)
Then
RX- Rope Climbs- 6/4

Floater - 1 - Truck Pull
Athlete will pull truck a specific distance for time. Floater can be completed any time before the beginning of WOD 3.
Fastest time wins.
